Request for Qualifications – Architectural Services/Civil Engineering Services/Construction Management Services

The Robertson Fire Protection District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed architectural firms and civil engineering firms for professional architectural, engineering, and construction management services for the design, site planning, structural engineering, land surveying, and construction management services for the construction of a new fire station at property generally located at or near the intersection of Dunn Rd and Missouri Bottom Rd.

SOQs must include the following:

·        Licensure: Confirmation that firm professionals are licensed to practice in the State of Missouri.

·        Scope: Identification and description of services provided by the firm relating to civil engineering, feasibility studies, conceptual site layout, architectural design, grading, utility design, and structural planning, as applicable.

·        Submission Details: Firms should provide a company profile, resumes of key personnel, evidence of similar projects, and references

·        Project Experience: Evidence of at least three relevant projects completed within the last five years

·        Sub-consultant Usage: Identification of any subcontracted professional services.

Written SOQs must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., Friday May 8^th 2026 at 12641 Missouri Bottom Rd, Hazelwood, MO 63042. SOQs must be delivered in a sealed envelope with the words “FIRE HOUSE SOQ” printed on the envelope. The Robertson Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs.
